NID DAT 2025 Passing Criteria and Weightage
Candidates must meet category-wise cut-offs, released with results. Final merit list weightage:
- B.Des/GDPD: 30% Prelims, 70% Mains (Studio Test).
- M.Des: 20% Prelims, 80% Mains (Studio Test, Interview).
Tie-Breaking Policy:
- Higher Mains marks.
- Higher Prelims Part B marks.
- Higher Prelims Part A marks.
- Same rank if unresolved.
Note: Only Prelims and Mains qualifiers proceed to counseling. Cut-offs depend on ~425 B.Des seats, M.Des seats, and ~15,000 applicants (2024 data).
